Get a Validation Certificate for Your Organisation


As an organisation's administrator, you are responsible for keeping your organisation's data updated. Part of this includes getting a validation for your organisation profile.

Submitting Your Validation

The first thing you have to do is find the organisation you'd like to complete the validation. Click [Organisations] at the left-hand sidebar and use the search feature to find your organisation quicker.

Note: To complete the validation, you might have to scan and upload some files or pictures. Review your validation and prepare well.

Once you've found your organisation and clicked on it, click [Validations] at the left-hand sidebar.

Alternately, you can also click "Submit Now" at the right side of the page just below the "Validations" tab on your organisation's dashboard.

Select the validation you like to complete and click "Submit Now".

Complete the form to the best of your ability and click "Submit Now" once you're done.

Managing Validations

Once you or any user submitted a validation, all submissions are shown under the "Validations" page which is only accessible by those with super administrator access.

At the same time, super administrators receive an email notification like the one below:

Users who submitted a validation will receive an email notification about the progress of their submission, whether it was accepted or rejected.
